I'm finally back on the road of videos!!!! After a long time without being able to make a video today I bring you the first of the year and I hope to have one a week and continue to teach and inspire everyone!!!
Magnetic bookmarks
We are going to use all those scraps you have lying around, if you don't have them yet you can save the small pieces to create bookmarks or embellishments. The goal is: if you already have a beautiful paper and you have a square left over don't throw it away, let's use it.
The materials are very simple, you need a cardboard as a base that can be folded and does not break. I used stardream paper but you can use any other paper you have on hand.
Video tutorial
In the video I explain how to make the magnetic bookmarks, it is easy to do, I have made more than 15 in two days. Just because I already had the stamps made, I usually keep a lot of painted and cut stamps so this is very practical for me, I can give a use to everything I have accumulated. While I was moving last year I realized that I keep a lot of things that sometimes I don't use, so I decided to use all the material I have stored before buying more and this way I generate less waste and have fun.
Materials:
- 2" x 4" cardboard is scored double to 2″.
- 1.75" x 1.75" decorated paper
- Glue
- Magnet (I used a sheet magnet, but it can be of any type)
- Colored and cut out stamp
And that's it! The important thing is that we take care of our scraps to create and not waste anything and thus help us all taking care of the planet. If our passion or hobby is paper based, let's take care of those papers, let's recycle, let's give double use and let's do our best to take care of our home.
See you next time!!!!! Don't forget to leave me your comments and if you want to share your photos on social networks you can tag me I would love to see your creations.
